Join us, for a heartwarming exploration into the depths of vegan cooking at our cozy farm house retreat! Together, we’ll embark on a culinary journey that starts with the basics of plant-based, whole-foods nutrition, and cooking—whipping up delicious meals that are as good for the planet as they are for our taste buds. We’ll dive deep into the essence of nourishing, plant-powered cuisine and discover how every dish can be a step towards holistic health, focusing on how food is medicine, and how we can re-learn this ancient knowledge.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

Beyond the kitchen, we’ll greet each morning with beginner friendly Ashtanga Yoga to stretch and awaken our bodies. We will also be embracing the tranquility of the beautiful North Devon surroundings with guided nature walks and then unwind with a serene cacao ceremony and a restorative evening in the sauna session, all designed to reset our nervous systems and bring us back to ourselves.
