6-8
large kale leaves
4-6
tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
salt
1
tbsp
curry powder
or any other spice you feel like experimenting with, my favorites beside curry are cinnamon and cayenne pepper
optional: 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
Instructions
Preheat oven to 120ºC
Rinse and dry kale leaves. Remove centre stalk.
In a bowl mix oil, nutritional yeast and spices.
Add kale to bowl and stir till the kale is more or less covered in oil and spices.
Arrange kale leaves in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Let the chips cool for a few minutes. They taste best when eaten shortly after they're out of the oven. Njoy ;)
Notes
Store leftovers covered at room temperature. Consume within 2-3 days.
