Easy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

A delicious autumn drink that is vegan, super creamy and perfect for the colder times of the year. Make your own Pumpkin Spice Latte in just a few minutes. Without household sugar, naturally vegan and with loads of great tast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice for example from Ehrenwort Genussmomente
  • 1 dl coffee / spelt coffee
  • 4 dl vegan milk (I prefer 2 dl almond and 2 dl oat drink)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Optional

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Heat all ingredients in a pan (about 5 minutes).
  • Mix the contents of the pan well in a shaker or a stand mixer. Serve warm and enjoy!
