small or 1 large apple

coconut milk

apple cider vinegar
alternatively use a different vinegar or lemon juice

canola oil

tsp
mustard
pinch
of salt

Instructions
Peal and grate celery & place in a salad bowl.
Cut apples into small cubes and add to the bowl.
Prepare salad sauce by combining and mixing coconut milk, vinegar, oil, mustard and spices together.
Pour salad sauce over the celery and apples and mix all together.
Serve and ENJOY :)
Notes
Best served as a starter with some leaves of lettuce.
