Hearty pizza-muffins - they're vegan, extremely yummy and the perfect snack to bring to a party!

Ingredients
Fry:

Dry ingredients:

wholemeal spelled flour

Rest of ingredients:

tomato paste

soy yoghurt

olives from the jar

dried tomatoes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C, circulation
dice onions and smoked tofu and fry both in a pan with a little olive oil for 7 minutes. Take the pan from the stove and put away for now.
Quarter the olives and cut the dried tomatoes into little pieces.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix tomato paste, olive oil, soy yoghurt and water in a little bowl, add the dry ingredients and knead to a dough.
Add olives, dried tomatoes and onions with the smoked tofu to the dough.
Put the dough in baking forms or into a glazed muffin form.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Notes
If you want, you can add vegan cheese melt as a topping.
