Strawberry Banana (N)ice cream
Is there anything better than homemade strawberry-banana ice cream, also known as nicecream!? This vegan strawberry banana nicecream is packed with flavor from fresh strawberries, vanilla and bananas. And it's easy to make with a few ingredients only in just a few minutes!
Ingredients
- 200 g frozen ripe bananas
- 150 g frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Freeze bananas on the day before preparing this recipe. Add all ingredients to the blender or food processor. .
- Decorate with coconut shreds, cacao nibs, peppermint leaves, almonds, pistachios...
Notes
Serve and eat quickly, because nicecream melts quickly. Keep leftovers (if any ...) in the freezer.
