Sugar Free Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g dried fruit As you can see I used dried Apricots
  • Boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Pour boiling water over dried fruit, let soak for 10 minutes. 
  • Put fruit plus 2 tablespoons of the sweet water in a mixer or food processor. Process until it has a jam like texture.
  • Fills a 200ml (6 to 7 oz) Jar. 
  • Spread it on whatever you wish (I used a whole grain rye bread and unsweetened peanut butter).

Notes

Store in fridge. Best consumed within 2 weeks.
