Cashew Cream Sauce

A vegan basic sauce. Creamy and cheesy. 

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g cashews
  • 200 ml soy milk water or any other vegan milk is also fine
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock or salt
  • optional 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until very smooth.
  • Thin out by adding water till you have desired consistency.

Notes

Store in fridge. Best consumed with in 3-4 days.
