A vegan basic sauce. Creamy and cheesy.

Ingredients
150
g
cashews
200
ml
soy milk
water or any other vegan milk is also fine
½
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
vegetable stock
or salt
optional 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until very smooth.
Thin out by adding water till you have desired consistency.
Notes
Store in fridge. Best consumed with in 3-4 days.
