Call it dip or hummus – the main thing is the taste

Easy peasy is fine and whether you call the recipe dip or hummus, it does not matter. What really matters, is the taste! Start with this recipe for a green pea dip and modify it with different ingredients. Garlic fans add another clove (or two) of garlic to enhance the interaction of the sweet taste of the peas with the spicy garlic flavor. Try how your dip tastes with chives or coriander, which gives a peppery, aromatic note. If you have vegan cream cheese at home, it will make your dip creamier and adds another flavor component.

You might also like to replace part of the sunflower seeds with cashews. Important: even if you want to be quick, do not forget to soak the sunflower seeds and cashews.
